First and most importantly I’m a wife and a mama. I have a wonderful hubby and 4 wonderful children.

I’m also a writer and owner of several websites. My passion is for helping other mothers – especially helping them conceive consciously, have healthy pregnancies, good births, and healthy, happy children.
